All houses have been finished with great attention to detail and comprise: fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning unit for both heating and cooling the house, washing machine, beds for babies and infants, children’s high chair, stereo systems, mosquito nets, bed linen, hair dryer, kitchen towels as well as hand- and bath towels. |

| Rent includes all additional expenses such as electricity, water, sewage, waste disposal, air conditioning system, heating, use of washing machine and dishwasher (if available in the house), weekly change of bed linen and all towels and intermediate cleaning. Guests are politely requested to bring their own beach towels. Not included is the final cleaning: 70-100€ (depends the size of the house). Unless otherwise arranged, houses are available from 6.00 pm on the day of arrival and need to be vacated at 10.00 am at the latest on the day of departure. |
